Synopsis
A curiously uncompetitive (but nevertheless fascinating) win-a-job show in which three complete beginners are taught a traditional craft over six weeks. At the end, they create individual projects to be judged by an expert, and the person judged to be top of the class gets taken on to do a big real-life project.
