Legendary snooker player who swept all before him in the 1980s and still holds the record for winning the most professional titles (with 73, including the world championship six times). Nowadays he's also a regular pundit (and irregular commentator) on the BBC's snooker coverage.

As well as snooker, Davis has competed in poker and nine-ball pool, and has written a book on chess.
