Synopsis
Three pairs of yuppies get all hot and sweaty through a variety of studio-based and outdoor exercises.
Rounds were varied, some better than others. A vicious running race involved a computer that upped the pace after each leg until everyone has dropped out. There was a tensionless bench pressing section that was just a VT insert. There was the Pressure Point, an outdoor challenge that varied from week to week. There was a somewhat silly quiz, based on fitness and nutrition questions, the twist being that contestants had to run a short distance to press the correct response button. Finally, there was the Batak Attack, a large wall which lit a sequence of lights, each one of which had to be extinguished with a table-tennis bat affair.
A good format which serves its purpose well, but whether anyone gets truly excited about the outcome is debatable.
