Biography
Best known for her work presenting children's programmes (Blue Peter 1980-3, Saturday Superstore 83-7, Going Live! 87-93), Sarah's other work includes the odd spot of acting (most famously playing herself in Ghostwatch) and various things for daytime telly including stints on This Morning.
Trivia
She and Mike Smith survived a dramatic helicopter crash in 1988. They later married.
