Synopsis
This is an hour-long programme with pairs of minor celebs teaming up to solve real historical crimes.
Jerome Lynch QC, a practising London barrister, presides over them and when they ask the right questions, he gives them more information. The 'sleuths' have three days to solve the case using only the expertise that was available to the police at the time the crime was originally committed; in one case, it was a clairvoyant who more or less solved a case for the police in Bournemouth!
It was either an act of genius or pure malice that teamed Paul Daniels with Janet Street Porter in one episode.
