Synopsis
Wales isn't just the land of song. This was a biennial competition for brass, wind, and jazz bands. Heats show the range of each band, with the best returning for the final.
A youth section was added in 2016; this was held in 2017, independently of the main series.
Band Cymru was not re-commissioned for 2020; this decision was taken before the pandemic developed.
