Synopsis
Ten contestants who want to be kids TV presenters get whittled down to five by media moguls, before being voted on by the general public. The winner gets a year's contract to present on the CBBC Channel.
It only lasted one series, which is a shame - it was slightly more entertaining than most of the usual cartoons.

One of the first shows ever to have a companion show on the CBBC channel.
Champion
The winner was Maddy Stevens. In April 2006, a Guardian story about the BBC Talent scheme revealed that she was thoroughly disillusioned by the whole experience. When the year's contract was up, she left to work for the Carphone Warehouse.
