Viewer of the Year
Synopsis
50 members of the public compete in a one-off quiz about TV. No, we don't know where ITV suddenly found 50 viewers from either. Anyway, the quiz operated along the lines of 100% with the addition of clips and chit-chat a la Test the Nation. The bottom ten players were eliminated every few rounds, with the final ten taking part in an on-the-buzzers round to select two for the final five-question head-to-head, in which the two players each separately faced the same five questions (as per the legendary Mastermind tie-break).
