Biography
A former air steward, Brian Dowling shot to fame as the popular and funny winner of Big Brother 2. Since then he had a successful stint taking over popular Saturday morning kids show SM:TV Live when Ant and Dec had left and since leaving that floated around his proto Queer Eye For The Straight Guy show Brian's Boyfriends. He has also done some voiceover work and as well as appearing on satellite channels. Perhaps as a result of winning Ultimate Big Brother - the last series of the reality format to be broadcast on Channel 4 - it was announced in July 2011, he would become the main host of Channel 5's revival of the reality format.
