Synopsis
Amanda Lamb and chef Paul Merrett judge as families go head-to-head in a knock-out format cooking competition. In each episode, two families must create meals, both new and traditional, while the presenters offer advice on how to make the meals heathier. The last family remaining at the end of the competition receives the title of, 'Britain’s Best Cooking Family’.
