So we're asking for your help. A number of our "most wanted" shows are now listed here and a team of volunteers is standing by, waiting to add your contributions to our compendium of game show knowledge. Go on, help us out. It's what Mumsy would want.

Chris Tarrant
4 December Chris' Golden Retirement
Chris Tarrant is retiring from showbiz after more than 50 years in the limelight. From his early days as a newsreader on ATV Today, he quickly moved to Saturday mornings entertaining children on Tiswas, and spent over 20 years on Capital Radio. Chris hosted a number of game shows including Everybody's Equal and Man O Man; we wrote a two-part profile. His career highlight is the ground breaking Who Wants to be a Millionaire?.

Masterchef Goes Large
28 November Gregg Wallace steps aside from Masterchef
Gregg Wallace is to step away from presenting Masterchef while allegations of historical misconduct are investigated. Reports of inappropriate sexual comments had been made by people who worked with him between 2005 and 2022. Episodes of Masterchef The Professionals that have already been recorded will transmit as planned.

Big Brother
15 November Big Brother's quarter of a century milestone
ITV have announced that Big Brother will be having a third civilian series alongside a second celebrity series. Both series will air in 2025, which is also the year that the show itself will be celebrating its 25th anniversary in the UK.

The Finish Line
14 November Third time's the charm to cross The Finish Line
The BBC has commissioned a third series of The Finish Line after the success of the second series, which had a run of 30 episodes. Series three will also have 30 episodes and will air in 2025. Roman Kemp and Sarah Greene will again return as hosts.

Bullseye
3 October You can't beat a bit of... Freddie?
ITV have signed Freddie Flintoff to host a Christmas special of Bullseye. If the special does well, then a full series could be commissioned. The original version ran between 1981 and 1995 with Jim Bowen in charge. A revival hosted by Dave Spikey for game show channel Challenge was made in 2006 but wasn't as popular as the original and only ran for one series.
